Listing Paperwork Drafting

Load Listing To MLS
Prep the listing draft. Load a listing to MLS and BrokerBay/Supra, create a file in SkySlope and upload paperwork (cancel and relist an additional fee).
$99 (+ $49 If 2 Boards)
Listing Paperwork Processing
For those who have already completed the listing paperwork and loaded their listing to MLS themselves. We will simply create the file in Skyslope and add the required paperwork items so you don't have to. $39
Cancel And Relist
We will draft the cancellation form and new listing paperwork ready for you to send to clients. We will process cancellation of an active listing and then relist on MLS, add to BrokerBay/Supra, create a file in SkySlope and upload. paperwork. $89 (+ $39 If 2 Boards)
Seller Deal Transaction Paperwork Processing
We will migrate your listing to a transaction file in SkySlope and upload the necessary deal documents. $69
The Whole Doggone Listing Package
This includes drafting listing paperwork, load listing to MLS, cancel and relist as required, processing the deal transaction. $299 + (+ $149 If 2 Boards)
Residential Offer Drafting
Send us the details and we will draft an offer ready for you to send to clients. $199
Buyer Deal Transaction Paperwork Processing
We will create a transaction file in SkySlope and upload the necessary deal documents. $79
