Load Listing To MLS
Load a listing to MLS and BrokerBay/Supra, create a file in SkySlope and upload paperwork (cancel and relist an additional fee). $99 (+ $49 If 2 Boards)
Cancel And Relist Paperwork Drafting
We will draft the cancellation form and new listing paperwork ready for you to send to clients. $49 (+ $49 If 2 Boards)
Cancel And Relist
Cancellation of an active listing and then relist on MLS, add to BrokerBay/Supra, create a file in SkySlope and upload. paperwork $99 (+ $49 If 2 Boards)
Seller Deal Transaction Paperwork
We will migrate your listing to a transaction file in SkySlope and upload the necessary deal documents. $79
The Whole Doggone Listing Package
This includes drafting listing paperwork, load listing to MLS, cancel and relist as required, processing the deal transaction. $299 + (+ $149 If 2 Boards)
Residential Offer Drafting
Send us the details and we will draft an offer ready for you to send to clients. $199
Buyer Deal Transaction Paperwork
We will create a transaction file in SkySlope and upload the necessary deal documents. $99
